NOVATION’S FLAGSHIP SYNTHESIZER
A powerful, motivating 61-note keyboard synth for onstage and in the studio, the Novation Summit is a 2-part, 16-voice synthesizer with three oscillators per voice that is targeted at professional or semiprofessional musicians. You may split, layer, or switch between two entirely independent patches on the fly using Summit, which puts the power of two Peaks at your fingertips.
On the front panel of Summit, in addition to pitch and mod wheels, there are many more knobs and features available than in Peak, including FM routing, LFOs 3 and 4, complete arpeggiator settings, and more. Summit includes a lot of new filter settings as well as an audio input for processing outside sources with its delay, chorus, and reverb FX.
GLORIOUS ANALOG SOUND
Novation Summit’s three digital New Oxford oscillators, one for each voice, are housed on an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) chip and are its heartbeat. This design allows for FM and wavetable synthesis, which produces rich, harmonically complex, and highly textured raw tones, in addition to producing truly analog-sounding waveforms at extremely high resolution. E
ach voice includes a real stereo signal path with dual analog filters, three levels of analog distortion, and analog voltage-controlled amplifiers. In addition, your patches will have access to a wide range of modulation assignment choices and vibrant per-part effects like chorus, delay, and reverb.
WAVETABLE EDITOR
A potent new Wavetable Editor for Summit from Novation has been released, releasing the full power of its wavetable oscillators. Intuitive sketching tools and a Live Edit mode in the Wavetable Editor allow you to literally draw your own oscillator forms and preview them in real time, speeding up the creative process.
Utilize the Audio Import feature to quickly generate your own oscillator waveforms from imported clips. Additionally, you’ll discover a carefully curated selection of music with a space theme straight from the NASA sound library as well as exclusive Noisia content. FIRMWARE UPDATE WITH TONS OF FEATURES

As a result, firmware upgrades add to the existing comprehensive features to provide users more flexibility and creative freedom.
With new stereo shaping capabilities, such as per-voice panning and panning in the mod matrix, you can explore beautifully texturized soundscapes of any size and nurture the sonic land as you see fit. With the addition of new mod destinations, the use of noise as a mod source, and more parameters for LFOs 3 and 4, there are several chances for modulation.
