AlphaTheta built the DDJ-GRV6 to combine cutting-edge creative control with club-standard interface. This 4-channel DJ controller is based on Pioneer’s CDJ-3000 and DJM-A9 turntable-mixer combo, which features a simple yet sophisticated architecture. The DDJ-GRV6 is more than just an all-in-one version of the Pioneer powerhouse; it’s an instrument in and of itself, with one exhilarating, game-changing element at its core: the Groove Circuit.
Custom drums and rhythms may be switched, dropped, and rebuilt with ease, allowing you to create on-the-fly remixes and unequaled rhythmic designs. AlphaTheta’s Groove Circuit can be imagined as a dedicated, all-in-one suite of performance effects, sound design, and composition exclusively for drums and powered by recordbox.
With virtually any style or genre, the DDJ-GRV6’s dedicated suite of Groove Circuit controls lets you remix, re-work, or completely replace partial or complete drum tracks. Transitions, build-ups, fills, and breakdowns are now yours to shape and wield, thanks to the Groove Circuit’s four distinct tools: Drum Swap, Drum Roll/Trans, Drum Release, and Capture.

For all the DDJ-GRV6’s streamlined accessibility, the DJ controller’s vast adaptability doesn’t end with interfacing or multimode software compatibility. With its CDJ–DJM-inspired arrangement, AlphaTheta’s DDJ-GRV6 features an intuitive, versatile layout that’s been ergonomically arranged to maximize creative potential while maintaining a club-standard configuration. Its suite of Groove Circuit and Stems FX tools are placed on an elevated “step up” at the top of the controller to give you plenty of room for remixing and beat-swapping without worrying you’ll bump the jog wheels.
