The Korg Minilogue Bass, derived from its celebrated polyphonic analog predecessor, takes the heart of the classic synthesizer and expands its range so you can take the full force of its distinctive voicing into the deepest caverns of the sonic spectrum. Dive into 100 newly created presets, including 40 dedicated to exploring the vast low end and created in collaboration with top bassists and synthesists.
Minilogue Bass, like its predecessor, has eight voice modes and an onboard oscilloscope to provide real-time visual feedback as you shape and form your dual-oscillator output. It is outfitted with genuine analog circuitry, a 16-step sequencer, and a suite of sonic sculpting tools.
CRAFT YOUR SOUND WITH 8 VOICE MODE
If you’ve heard the original Minilogue, you’ll understand how versatile its 4-voice polyphony is. The Minilogue Bass continues this trend with aural architecture designed for low-end use. Poly mode operates as a standard 4-voice synth; Duo stacks two voices in unison; and Unison stacks all voices, transforming the Minilogue Bass into a monstrous mono synth.
The Minilogue Bass’s Mono mode amplifies the low end by adding a sub-oscillator. The Chord and Delay modes can be used to create aural landscapes, with the latter layering your sound by delaying the second, third, and fourth voices after the first voice is played. Arp provides a 4-voice arpeggiator for rhythmic consideration, while Side Chain generates volume swells.
PROGRAMMED SYNTHESIZER CIRCUITRY
Korg’s distinct all-analog architecture ensures ineffable oomph that digital synthesis cannot match. Over 100 uniquely designed presets, unwavering aural heft and distinctive sonic scope abound, with 40 bass-specific options programmed in collaboration with top-tier talent. With all of its sound-design potential, the Mminilogue Bass comes with a bank of 100 user-assignable presets.
The 16-step polyphonic sequencer can assign motion sequence to a maximum of four parameters, allowing you to ride the beat. An onboard OLED oscilloscope provides vivid visualizations for real-time monitoring, and you also have full access to Korg’s Sound Librarian, which allows you to manage, modify, and move programs to your computer or even another Minilogue synth!

An easy-to-use interface with 41 ergonomic panel controls guides and inspires you through an electric landscape of tri-waveform oscillators, envelope generators, lush LFO options, and a one-of-a-kind, delay-infused highpass cutoff. The versatile LFO pioneered by Korg for the original Minilogue is the secret weapon for expanding the Minilogue Bass’s aural horizons.
With compelling wave-shaping tools, you can achieve sonorous oscillator harmonics, while cross and ring modulation can be combined with oscillator sync in a plethora of combinations for unparalleled low-end lightning. Add in a versatile multi-mode filter and a slew of expression tools for truly unique sound that begs to be unleashed. A USB-B port and a headphone jack, as well as versatile MIDI in/out/thru connectivity, ensure seamless integration.
