Mackie Big Knob Studio, which combines extensive control over your studio monitors with a high-resolution USB audio interface, is an excellent value for project studios. The Mackie Big Knob Studio features dedicated buttons for switching between three input sources and two pairs of speakers, as well as trim controls on the speaker outs to balance the volume of multiple sets of monitors.
The Mackie Big Knob Studio interface and monitor controller also features two Onyx mic preamps, two headphone outputs, and Talkback functionality, making it a comprehensive recording and monitoring solution.
TRIO BUTTONS AND SOURCE SWITCHING
The Mackie Big Knob Studio has a wide range of applications. You can record two channels of high-fidelity, low-noise audio using the audio interface’s dual Onyx mic preamps. A Direct Monitoring option enables no-latency recording, and built-in headphone outs are ideal for artist monitoring.
You may simply communicate with your artists thanks to the built-in talkback functionality. A stereo aux port on the front panel allows artists to easily plug in a music player and listen to a reference recording. Of course, you have full control over input source and monitor switching.
