The UA Acoustics Bass Trap «KLIN» – a high-performance low-frequency absorber, which is mounted in the corners of the intersection of two walls vertically, or at the intersection of the walls and ceiling horizontally to achieve the right sound in the room.
Bass Traps works by trapping the random ‘omni-directional’ bass energy that tends to cluster in corners and overwhelm the room. They have the positive effect of reducing smear and giving bass more definition and punch allowing you to control low frequency energy. and helping your studio to attain a tighter, more controlled bass.
MOUNT IT WITH THE FOAMFIX BRACKETS
The “Foamfix” bracket is made of an easily bendable thin sheet of steel, which making installation easy. You only need to outline the future location of the panel. After you drill holes and screw the bracket. Or if the mounting surface cannot be drilled, the bracket could be glued on.
The undeniable advantages of installing acoustic foam on the bracket are easy dismantling, if at the moment there is no need to treat the room or if you decide to change the design of the studio. And the fact that minimal damage is caused to both the panel and the surface on which it is attached.
