“Music is my life” has been the mantra of Nadine Safi (AKA DJ Nad) since she got her hands on her first musical toy. Whether her inspiration came from having her picture as a dj on the cover of a CD she mixed and gave away on her 10th birthday party or her early experience playing electric guitar since she was 12, Nadine gradually learned to work her magic spinning and remixing for young raging party crowds in her hometown Beirut, Lebanon. Showcasing her dj talent has been her passion and the drive to throw her first public party “forever young” at Riviera Hotel, Beirut in 2010 when she was only 14.
Nadine developed her music style from a blend of hip hop, r&b, house, rap.. and acquired the versatility to adapt her tunes to the taste of any venue setting. Striving to be constantly up-to date with the global music scene, Nadine is always on the lookout for innovative music trends. To master her spinning skills she is taking intensive mixing sessions at Per-Vurt studios, Beirut where she is recognized as a fast rising young DJ star.

On the local music scene, she is particularly inspired by DJ Base who’s been a great support coaching her through mixing with her in one to one sessions on monthly basis. 
Besides spinning and re-mixing, Nadine is a hardworking student at school, with a determined vision to be an international music artist in the future

Nadine has been influenced by a multitude of international music icons such as Snoop Dogg, Kid Cudi, Nicki Minaj, Akon, Pit-bull,Wiz Khalifa , T-Pain, Dr Dre, B.I.G and many more.
